Emblaze Specialty Embellishments LLC may be referred to hereafter as "Emblaze", "www.emblazeusa.com" "emblazeusa.com" or "seller".

You, the user or visitor of this website, may be referred to hereafter as "buyer" or "user". As the user of this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Information accuracy

Emblaze attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Emblaze itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return or exchange as described in our Return and Exchange Policy. We reserve the right to change item descriptions and other information regarding our products at any time, including price and availability.

If the exact item you've ordered is not available, we may replace the item with a comparable one without notifying you, the buyer. If a comparable substitution is not available, we will contact you via email or phone, to discuss your other options, including a refund or store credit.

Terms of Sale

Emblaze will NOT charge any customer hidden fees. All purchases are a one-time payment authorization, charges are exclusively for the items (or appropriate substitution) and fees listed on the checkout screen and order confirmation. You will NOT be charged a membership fee or other recurring payment. Fees and charges are calculated and displayed accordingly in the checkout page. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address.

Any exchanges or returns will be processed as outlined in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards, and Paypal as valid payment for your order.

All items will remain property of Emblaze until your payment is cleared and invoice is paid in full. If your bank or payment provider refuses to authorize your payment, we will attempt to contact you regarding alternatives. Once a reasonable attempt has been made to contact you, if payment is not complete, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Refunds will only be offered in the event of a valid return (as outlined in our Returns and Exchanges Policy). In the event of any refund, payment will be returned to the same card or other source that was used for the original purchase.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

Orders are to be processed within approximately two business days following successful payment, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification/shipping address. Emblaze does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

Your order may be delayed if the wrong shipping address is provided. At times we will need to contact you, the user, to provide or verify the shipping address; please then ensure your best contact number and email is provided on your invoice. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order invoice; we are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.

We are not responsible for any damage occurring during shipping.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, is the property of Emblaze Specialty Embellishments LLC or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Emblaze and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

By visiting www.emblazeusa.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Emblaze Specialty Embellishments LLC or its affiliates.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be initiated via email or text message within 14 days of delivery. No returns are allowed on items sold 'by the yard'. All items must be returned in their original condition and in original packaging. Any clothing items must be returned with original tags and sanitary liners intact. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Exchanges may be given in the form of an identical or similar replacement item, or in the form of store credit, at our discretion.
